Many people think CrossFit looks scary or for the super fit, but the reality is CrossFit is for everyone! It’s not something you can do over night, it takes time and dedication, but the key to accomplishing good movement is a competent coach. The team at CrossFit 2010 will push you to your limits and help you kick real goals!
This is more than just a gym – Karl and his coaches have created a community for their clients making the sessions much more than just a workout. They host monthly events for members, and the gym pushes their clients to get out of the box and participate in outdoors activities such as rock climbing, kayaking and football. They also host beach days and monthly barbeques, bringing everyone together, it’s a nice community.
