There’s no better time of year to kick off our property news than the New Year! From all of us here at Boutique Property Agents, we hope you had a wonderful Christmas and hope 2018 is treating you well so far!

Some stats from end of year 2017, the postcode of 2000 achieved the following results:
- 44 apartments sold (01/09/17 – 31/10/17)
- $7,110,000 highest sale
- 70.8% average clearance rate
- Median selling price of apartments $959,000

Over the coming months we’re expecting the market to heat up with more properties being listed, both for sale and lease. This time of year is becoming a more popular time to sell, especially since we've passed the Christmas festivities and New Years break.
